How to deal with heartbreak


It hurts… and that’s the truth. You don’t have to act strong all the time 💔

1. Allow yourself to feel it, don’t pretend you’re fine


2. Give it time, healing doesn’t happen in one day


3. Stay around people who care about you


4. Remove things that keep reopening the wound (messages, pictures, etc.)


5. Focus on yourself: rest, eat well, do small things you enjoy


6. Write how you feel, sometimes it helps to let it out


7. Don’t rush into something new just to fill the gap


8. Remind yourself, what’s meant for you won’t hurt you like this forever



You’re not weak for feeling pain. You’re human.
