Quibbles is committed to maintaining a safe environment for all users, especially minors. This page outlines our standards and policies against child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE).

Our Zero-Tolerance Policy

Quibbles has a strict zero-tolerance policy against any content or behavior that sexually exploits or abuses minors. This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Child sexual abuse material (CSAM) in any form such as images, video, audio, or text.
  • Grooming, solicitation, or any attempt to exploit minors.
  • Sharing, distributing, or linking to CSAE content.
  • Any communication that sexualizes individuals under the age of 18.

How We Enforce These Standards

  • Immediate Removal: Any content that violates our child safety standards is removed immediately upon detection or report.
  • Account Termination: Users found to have posted, shared, or engaged with CSAE content will have their accounts permanently banned without appeal.
  • Reporting to Authorities: We report all confirmed CSAM violations to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and cooperate fully with law enforcement investigations.
  • User Reporting: Every post and user profile on Quibbles can be reported. Reports related to child safety are treated as the highest priority and reviewed promptly.

Age Restrictions

Quibbles requires all users to be at least 13 years of age to create an account, in compliance with applicable laws. Users who are discovered to be under the minimum age will have their accounts removed. Any adult who attempts to contact or exploit minors on our platform will be immediately banned and reported.

How to Report CSAE Content

If you encounter any content or behavior on Quibbles that you believe involves the sexual exploitation or abuse of a child, please take the following steps:

  1. Use the Report button available on every post or user profile within the app.
  2. Select "Child Safety" or "Involves a Minor" as the reason for your report.
  3. You may also contact us directly at hello@joinquibbles.com with details of the content.
  4. You can also report directly to NCMEC via their CyberTipline.
