The Nigeria Jubilee Fellows Programme (NJFP) is a youth empowerment initiative launched by the Federal Government in partnership with UNDP to address graduate unemployment in Nigeria.

The programme provides eligible Nigerian graduates with a 12-month paid internship placement in reputable organisations across the country, helping participants gain practical workplace experience while improving their employability.

Through structured workplace exposure, the programme promotes professional development, economic inclusion, and national growth.

Eligibility Requirements for Nigeria Jubilee Fellows Programme (NJFP)

To be considered for the Nigeria Jubilee Fellows Programme (NJFP), applicants must:

Be a Nigerian citizen

Be a recent graduate (Bachelor’s Degree or HND Certificate holder) from any discipline who graduated not earlier than 2022

Possess a minimum of Second Class Lower (2:2) for Bachelor’s degree holders or Upper Credit (above 3.00) for HND holders

Be 30 years old or younger

Not currently be employed

Have completed the mandatory National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) or possess a Certificate of Exemption

Demonstrate commitment and interest in their chosen career field

Show dedication to contributing to Nigeria’s socio-economic development

Possess excellent time management and professional conduct

Have good verbal and written communication skills
