<br><div>Back then, we listened to music because of the rhythm, the melody, the lyrics, and the emotions it brought. Music was something you felt, something that could take you back to a particular moment or remind you of someone. We didn't need millions of views or trending challenges to appreciate a good song. A song could become timeless simply because it was beautiful.</div><div><br></div><div>But nowadays, it feels like music has become more about numbers, views, streams, trends, and viral moments than the actual art. Some songs are made to go viral rather than to be remembered. People are more concerned about how many people are watching than how deeply the music connects with the listener.</div><div><br></div><div>I'm not saying today's music is bad or that there aren't talented artists anymore. But I miss when music was simply about the music. When the rhythm alone could make you fall in love with a song, when lyrics meant something, and when a good song didn't need a dance challenge or a viral trend to prove its worth.</div><div><br></div><div>I miss when we listened to music for the love of music, not for the hype surrounding it.</div><div><br></div>
