Many times i feel like "Life is a game of chess"The queen i thought can represent many things in life. It could be money, a relationship, an opportunity, a career, or someone who means a lot to you. It is one of the most powerful pieces on the board, and losing it can change the entire game.It became my concern when most of my fellow 800Elo players resign the moment they lose their queen, even when the game is far from over( 800, perhaps young adults in life)Why? Because they have mistaken a powerful piece for the only way to win.I think life can be the same. Some people lose a relationship and believe they will never find love again. Some lose money and believe they can never rebuild their lives. Others lose an opportunity and assume they have missed their only chance at success. They forget that the queen is not the king.I think the king represents what we are ultimately trying to protect, our life, values, purpose or will to keep going. As long as the king is still standing, there is still a reason to play. You can lose your queen and still win. You can lose almost every piece and still find a way to turn the game around. You can even promote a pawn and bring a new queen onto the board.Losing something powerful does not mean losing the ability to succeed.Sometimes, the piece you thought you could never live without was only one part of your strategy. Its loss may force you to think differently, become more patient, and discover strengths you never knew you had.Of course, the game becomes harder without a queen. You may have to sacrifice more, take fewer risks, and think several moves ahead. Rebuilding is not always easy, and not every game can be won. But a difficult position is not the same as a finished game.So i thought "Do not resign from life just because you lost a queen"You may have lost the money, the person, the opportunity, or the version of yourself you once depended on. Give yourself time to grieve the loss, learn from it, and adjust your strategy. But do not confuse what you have lost with who you are.Your queen may have made the game easier, but it was never the only reason you could win.And as long as the game is not over, you still have moves to make.Again, LIFE IS LIKE A GAME OF CHESS (knight to F3)
