Practical Ways to Last Longer During Sex

The Start-Stop Technique: When you feel close to ejaculation, stop sexual stimulation for approximately 30 seconds until the urge reduces. Resume and repeat when necessary.

The Squeeze Technique: When ejaculation feels imminent, gently squeeze the area just below the head of the penis for several seconds until the urge subsides.

Use Condoms: Condoms, particularly thicker varieties, may reduce penile sensitivity and help delay ejaculation.

Control Your Breathing: Slow, deep breathing can reduce anxiety and help you maintain better control.

Pelvic Floor Exercises: Regularly contract the muscles used to stop urine flow, hold for 3–5 seconds and relax. Repeat 10 times, three times daily. Do not routinely practise by interrupting urination.

Lasting longer in bed is not the ultimate measure of masculinity or sexual satisfaction. Good sexual health involves confidence, communication, mutual pleasure and control. Premature ejaculation is a medical concern, not a weakness. Seek appropriate treatment rather than suffering in silence.

Have you had any occasion of not lasting long in bed? How did you feel and how did you deal with it?
