Think about it. Someone can tell you they love you, but when it's time to make sacrifices, consider your feelings, compromise, or put your needs into consideration, everything suddenly becomes about them.

They want you to understand them, but struggle to understand you. They expect you to make adjustments, but find it difficult to do the same for you.

But does that mean they don't love you, or can someone love you and still be too selfish to love you the way you need?
