PORTABLE TEASES DISS TRACK MOCKING DAVIDO OVER VIRAL BEGGING CLIP.

In a preview circulating on Instagram on Friday, November 6, Portable was heard singing in Pidgin and Yoruba:

"Stingy man no deserve tow tow, who get money dey beg for tow tow."

The lyrics have sparked speculation among social media users, with many interpreting them as a direct jab at Davido and the resurfaced video that has recently generated widespread reactions online.

The controversy gained fresh attention after social media activist VeryDarkMan (VDM) recreated the old clip in a series of videos, allegedly mocking Davido over the incident.

VDM's reaction followed Davido's appearance at Zlatan Ibile's wedding welcome party in Marrakech, Morocco, where the singer was spotted vibing to Zlatan's song INFERNO. The track contains a line that many social media users interpreted as a possible shade at VDM.

Following the incident, VDM teased a diss track titled On My Knees and warned Zlatan that he would "learn the hard way."

Portable's latest music preview has now added another dimension to the growing online drama, with fans debating whether the singer is openly supporting VDM or simply taking advantage of the controversy to promote his upcoming release.

Portable and Davido have also had their own history of disagreements, including a previous fallout following an encounter in Atlanta, where Portable claimed Davido refused to give him a verse.

While some social media users have found Portable's lyrics entertaining, others, particularly Davido's 30BG supporters, have criticised the singer, describing the move as an attempt to seek attention.

As of the time of filing this report, Davido and his team have yet to publicly respond to Portable's music teaser.

Fans are now waiting to see whether Portable will officially release the song and whether Davido will react to the latest development.
